Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is made to order, so total US delivery typically takes 5–12 business days from when you place your order. That breaks down as 2–7 business days for production (printing, inspecting, packing) plus 3–5 business days for standard shipping. You’ll get a tracking number by email the moment your order is handed off to the carrier.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. No code, no minimum item count, no fine print. Orders under $60 have shipping calculated at checkout based on what’s in your cart and where it’s headed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and transit times vary by destination — typically 10–30 business days total (including the 2–7 day production window). Exact rates and estimated arrival are calculated at checkout. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as production wraps and your order is handed off to the carrier, you’ll get a tracking link by email. If you don’t see anything within 7 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email us.

Returns & quality

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
That’s on us — email a photo to support@noveltyshop.net and we’ll ship a replacement out right away. Our quality guarantee covers chips, cracks, print defects, loose stitching, and anything else that’s clearly not right.
What does your quality guarantee cover?
Every piece is inspected before it leaves our warehouse. If yours arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free. The guarantee doesn’t cover wear-and-tear from normal use, but it does cover the things we’re supposed to get right the first time.
Can I return an item if I just changed my mind?
Yes. If you’d like to return something, email us and we’ll walk you through the process. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Products & sizing

Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes to both, on standard cycles. We recommend avoiding extreme temperature shocks (don’t pour boiling water into a fridge-cold mug). The print is fired into the glaze, so it won’t fade or peel with regular use.
What’s the difference between the 11oz and 15oz mugs?
11oz is the classic coffee-cup size and pairs well with most kitchen cabinetry. 15oz holds a more generous pour and feels more substantial in hand. Both use the same ceramic, same glaze, and same print process — just different volumes.
How do the shirts fit? Should I size up?
Standard unisex sizing, true to size with a slightly-relaxed fit. If you’re between sizes, size down for a closer cut, up for a roomier drape. Available S through XL. A detailed size guide is linked at the top of every shirt product page.
How big are the posters and stickers?
Posters come in three portrait sizes — 12×18″, 16×20″, and 24×36″ — printed on heavyweight matte paper and shipped rolled in a rigid tube. Stickers come in four sizes — 3×4″, 4×6″, 6×8″, and 8×10″. Exact dimensions are on the size guide.

Orders & discounts

How does the buy 2 / buy 3+ discount work?
Add any 2 items to your cart and 15% comes off automatically. Add 3 or more and that bumps to 20%. The discount applies to your subtotal — no code needed, and it stacks with the free-shipping threshold. You can mix and match across collections.
Can I modify or cancel my order after I place it?
Because each item is made to order, the window to make changes is short — production typically begins within a day of your order being placed. Email us right away if you need to change something and we’ll do our best to catch it before printing starts. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and return it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope. Guest checkout is fine. Creating an account just makes it easier to track future orders and saves your address for next time — no marketing emails unless you actually want them.
