7. Products & Orders

All products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Production typically begins within one business day of your order. Once production has started, we cannot modify or cancel orders. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

8. Payment & Billing

We accept all major credit cards and payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

You agree to pay all charges that incur to your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

9. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@noveltyshop.net with a photo for a full replacement. For returns initiated for other reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error. For complete return details, see our FAQ page.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Novelty Shop, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Novelty Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of Novelty Shop, with all rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content without explicit written permission from Novelty Shop.

11. User Conduct
